DENVER – The feud between President Donald Trump and the NFL over controversial remarks made last week did not stop Sunday, as teams across the league protested once again in many different ways, including here in Denver.
Even though the Broncos said earlier this week they would stand together as a team during the national anthem, Brandon Marshall did not let the announcement stop him from protesting in his own way.
The Broncos linebacker was spotted raising his left fist while standing during the national anthem, according to Denver7’s Broncos Insider Troy Renck.

But it wasn't clear what the Raiders would do after running back Marshawn Lynch was spotted wearing an anti-Trump t-shirt before the game at Mile High Stadium.
Both an NFL insider for ESPN as well as a business reporter for the network tweeted photos of Lynch wearing an “Everybody vs. Trump” t-shirt as he arrived to the game Sunday.

ESPN’s Darren Rovell dug up a little more and found out the t-shirt was made by Oakland-based Dope Era.

Lynch was among the many players in the league who took a knee during the national anthem, even before Trump said players should be fired for doing so.
On Saturday, President Trump tweeted it was "Very important that NFL players STAND tomorrow, and always, for the playing of our National Anthem."
