An overzealous Cleveland Indians fan ran out onto the field at Progressive during a game on May 24 wearing a Francisco Lindor's No. 12 jersey.

The Mentor, Ohio man jumped from right field and then ran across the outfield and exited by section 173 while the Indians was playing the Houston Astros. He then fled the stadium through the left field gate and came into contact with nearby police, who tried to call him out.

Determined to keep running for home, the man turned and ran but was stopped by a police officer.

Here's the blow-by-blow from the police report: "I then used a leg sweep and an arm bar to take the male to the ground."

When police told the man to stop tensing his arms and resisting, he replied, "I'm just getting my workout in."

The man was charged with criminal trespassing, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

Scripps station WEWS in Cleveland is not naming the man because they don't want to encourage streaking.
