DENVER — The newest addition to the Denver Zoo’s lion pride is in need of a name and you can help pick one.
The zoo announced on Friday that voting is now available both at the zoo and online. Votes cost $1 and all funds raised will go toward the care of the lions at the zoo and in the wild.
The name choices are Meru, Moremi and Tatu.
This week's big #cubdate milestones are that our little 🦁 met aunt Sabi & he started playing with his toys. What's more, his teeth are now coming in, which means there's no time like the present to get him something special on our lion cub baby registry: https://t.co/i8NZZEZjMe pic.twitter.com/hCuJCUVvmK
