FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. — Federal Heights Police are investigating the shooting death of a man Sunday evening.
Police got the call around 6:10 p.m. and responded to a home near Federal Boulevard and West 104th Avenue.
Police found the man dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the chest. A distraught woman at the home was transported to the hospital for a mental observation.
It’s not known what led up to the shooting. Police have not released many details including suspect information.
