An Aurora woman was arrested after posting on Facebook that she was going to "keep shooting" a dog with a Taser and a BB gun.

"$50 bucks and you can have this damn pitt. imma keep shooting her with this taser and b-b gun 'til she's gone... F--- this dog," wrote Cherica Winston, 31. Winstons uses the alias "Juju LaRay" on Facebook.

Westword captured a screen grab of the post - and comments from disgusted readers - before her account was deleted.

A person who had been her Facebook friend saw the post and notified Aurora Police, Sergeant Chris Amsler confirmed.

Investigators went to Winston's home and found the pit bull puppy was being kept in a tiny, filthy crate, with no food or water.

"There was an awful smell," Amsler stated. "The animal had been peeing in the crate and was soaked in the urine."

The puppy was removed from the home and taken to the Aurora Animal Shelter.

Winston is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 27.
