Two people were hospitalized after a hot air balloon made a hard landing in Littleton Wednesday morning.

The balloon landed around 6:50 a.m. in the parking lot of Lockheed Martin, according to Littleton Fire battalion chief Mark Stokes.

Two minors were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, Stokes told Denver7.

A third person was OK.

There's no word yet what caused the hard landing.
