A Colorado man advertising Star Wars Lego sets took people's money, but sent them nothing, according to the Canon City Police Department.
Officials said William Murray advertised Star Wars Lego sets on various webpages for a range of amounts.
"Murray would request the victim send the money prior to him sending the Lego set," police said. "Upon receiving the money, Murray would stop any communication never speaking to the individual again and never sending the Legos."
Murray was arrested on suspicion of computer crimes, fraud and theft.
Police said there are at least 16 potential victims across the United States and internationally with a total of approximately $14,000 stolen.
