Ah, the Instant Pot. If you have one, you know how time-saving and incredible they are when it comes time to make dinner. An entire roasted chicken cooked in about an hour? No problem. Spaghetti in 15 minutes? Yup!

While it’s hard to believe cooking could get any easier than just throwing things in an Instant Pot and having dinner on the table before you know it, I am here to tell you it can, thanks to these Instant Pot meal kits!

Tyson teamed up with Instant Pot to create the kits that are designed to cook in 20 minutes. The fully prepped meals include antibiotic-free Tyson chicken with long-grain rice and sauces. The kits are already in select locations now, but Tyson says we’ll be able to find them in the refrigerated section of stores nationwide some time this spring. Each kit delivers three to four servings, with 19-21 grams of protein per serving.

The meal choices include Hatch green chile chicken casserole, Cajun-style chicken and rice and teriyaki chicken and rice. The instructions are the same for all three: simply put the kit together in the Instant Pot and add water.

If you don’t have an Instant Pot, you can make the kits in the oven instead. They will take around two hours to cook this way, though, so using the Instant Pot is the way to go for a quick weeknight meal.

Need dessert? Williams Sonoma has a few Instant Pot kits as well for sweet treats like cheesecake and chocolate chip bundt cake. Williams Sonoma also sells an assortment of Instant Pot starter sauces for dishes like General Tso’s chicken, pulled pork and yellow curry.

You can, of course, also make your own Instant Pot kits and simply throw them in your freezer until you’re ready for them. The blog Acadiana’s Thrifty Mom has more than a dozen Instant Pot freezer “dump” meals that you can prep ahead of time and simply toss in the Instant Pot when needed. Her recipes include orange chicken, red beans and rice and beef stroganoff.
