DENVER —Showers and thunderstorms have been moving through the metro area tonight. These storms will move out and dry up later in the evening. Our overnight lows will be in the mid 40s in Denver.

For Monday, our weather pattern will change from what we've seen the last 3 or 4 days. You can expect more sunshine and warm air to make its way into the Denver metro area. Our highs on Monday will be in the mid 70s with partly cloudy skies. We may see a few showers in the foothills in the afternoon,  but we aren't expecting those storms to hold together for Denver.

When we get to the middle of the week our highs will be back into the 80s during the afternoons. We also have chances for afternoon storms as well~so keep the umbrella close at hand as these isolated showers show up.
