DENVER — A dry and quiet weather pattern will cover Colorado for the next five to seven days, giving us a nice break from the recent storms.

The storm track has shifted to the north of Colorado for the next week to 10 days, leaving our state with dry and quiet conditions. The main rain and snow bands will track from the northern Rockies through the Dakotas and across the Great Lakes, leaving Colorado in a dry pattern.
The only significant changes from one day to the next will be a series of dry cold fronts that will bring a shift in the wind and a change in temperature from one day to the next.
Tuesday will be dry and mild with highs near 60 degrees! Lows will drop to the upper 20s and low 30s overnight.
A weak cold front will slip across the state on Wednesday with some colder temperatures, but little - if any precipitation. Highs will drop back to around 50 degrees in Denver. Thursday will also be dry, but cool with highs in the upper 40s.
Warmer weather will return for Friday and Saturday as temperatures climb into the 60s. Another dry cold front will arrive on Sunday with cooler weather for early next week.
The storm track should slide farther to the south again by the middle of November, returning Colorado to a colder and snowier pattern.
