DENVER — The major snowstorm that hammered the Front Range and eastern plains with snow has moved to the east of Colorado.

Skies will be clear overnight and the combination of clear skies and fresh snow will be a COLD one! Lows will drop to the single digits by morning in Denver and across much of northeastern Colorado. A few spots may dip below zero!
Watch out for many scattered icy spots - often a bigger hazard as they can sneak up on you!
Skies will be partly cloudy on Wednesday, but temperatures stay chilly, with highs in the upper 20s. Some snow showers will return to the mountains, ahead of the next storm system to impact Colorado.
For Thanksgiving, expect increasing clouds and highs around 40 degrees. A new storm system will begin to move into Colorado. It will bring more snow, possibly heavy, to the mountains Thursday afternoon through Friday. A Winter Storm Warning has already been posted in the high country.
The next storm will not be as big a concern for Denver and the Front Range. Some light snow will be possible on Friday, but the track of the next storm will take most of the moisture to the north of Colorado. It will become a major blizzard for Nebraska, the Dakotas and the Upper Midwest.
Saturday will be windy and chilly with some snow showers for the mountains. Highs will stay in the 30s in Denver.
The weather will be milder on Sunday, with highs around 40 degrees. By Monday, highs will return to the low 50s.
