DENVER — Overnight, low temperatures across the metro will be milder, in the upper 30s and low 40s, under a clear sky tonight.

Warmer weather will return Monday for the region as highs reach the low 70s in the Denver area.  Winds will also be picking up quite a bit as well. We have a high wind watch in effect for NE Colorado and the plains with gusts 60 mph and higher. In Denver, skies will be sunny in the morning, but another fast moving cold front will push into Colorado late in the day. Clouds and winds increase, along with the chance for showers overnight.

Rain, snow and colder weather will arrive on Tuesday, with temperatures staying in the upper 40s.  We will watch the Tuesday system as it might be the next First Alert Action Day for the Denver area.

Dry and pleasant weather will return for next Wednesday and Thursday.

Perfect weather for Opening Day for the Rockies on Friday too~ highs in the upper 60s with sunshine!
