DENVER- Our lows tonight won't be as cold in Denver. Temperatures will dip down to the upper teens to near 20 degrees by early Sunday morning (instead of the 5 degrees we experienced in Denver last night). Tomorrow, highs will be much milder over the Front Range and plains, in the upper 40s to low 50s.

We’re tracking another storm— that is set to arrive for New Year’s Eve. This front looks to usher in another round of cold air and more light snow for the Metro Area.

Snow is expected to start in the mountains midday Sunday, with light snow filtering in over the plains through Monday morning. Our temperatures will also take a hit, dropping back to the single digits and low teens overnight, with daytime highs in the low to upper 20s for both New Years Eve and New Years Day.

It will be a cold start to 2019, but temperatures are expected to rise to the 40s by Wednesday, and near 50 degrees to round out the week.
