More rain for Denver metro on Thursday

DENVER —

More showers will possible overnight. It won't be quite as cold tonight, but we will see lows in the mid to upper 30s by early Thursday morning.

Snow will fall in the mountains, with 5 to 10 inches possible above 10,000 feet through Thursday afternoon.

Clouds and showers are on tap for Denver on Thursday. Highs will stay around 20 degrees below normal, in the low 50s.

Warmer and drier weather will finally arrive in Colorado Friday, with highs returning to around 70 degrees. Saturday and Sunday will be nice, with highs in the low to mid 70s.

Memorial Day on Monday looks dry to start, with nice weather for the BOLDER Boulder! Clouds will increase in the afternoon, with a chance for thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s.

Cooler and wetter weather moves back in on Tuesday, with showers and temperatures in the low to mid 60s.
