DENVER -- It was a perfect day for the Bolder Boulder...mostly cloudy and cool! Thunderstorms and severe weather did develop and push across the Front Range and the plains this afternoon.

We saw small hail and even a few tornadoes with these storms. This threat still extends from Colorado Springs north into Wyoming. It also covers all of northeastern Colorado.

Mostly cloudy overnight, with some drizzle on the plains early Tuesday morning. More scattered severe storms are possible tomorrow afternoon, but it doesn't look quite as intense as today.
Drier and warmer weather will return by the middle of next week. We'll see highs in the low 80s on Wednesday and upper 80s by Friday.
Have a wonderful and safe Memorial Day weekend!
