Bundle up Colorado, it's going to be a cold one tonight and dangerously cold tomorrow morning.
Today warmed up to 22 degrees -and we've also had a few flurries across the plains tonight.
We’re tracking two storms tonight — one is floating along the southern edge of the state now- and the other will arrive for New Year’s Eve. The latter will usher in another round of cold air and more light snow for the Metro Area.
The storm to the south of Colorado will bring more snow to the San Juans — a Winter Weather Advisory and Winter Storm Warning remain in place in that area. The mountains there could see four to eight inches of additional snow today and tonight.
More sunshine will come across the state Saturday, but Sunday will bring the warmest day with a high of 43 degrees.
