Sunny skies for Denver on Wednesday with highs in the 30s and overnight lows in the teens. Dry weather will remain through Thursday for the Front Range.

Snow will be increasing again for southern Colorado as a new storm passes to the south of the state. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the San Juan Mountains through Friday for 1 to 3 feet of snow. This next storm will have little impact on Denver tomorrow, with just some high clouds.

Thursday will be a little milder with highs in the mid-to upper 30s under a partly cloudy sky. In the northern and central mountains, expect more scattered snow showers with highs in the upper 20s to low 30s. Snow will continue to be heavier over the San Juans and the Sangre de Cristo ranges.

There will be another chance of snow in the mountains and in the Denver metro area Friday through early Saturday. The most likely area for heavy accumulation will be in the central and southern mountain areas.

Milder and drier weather will finally return to Colorado Sunday through Tuesday.
