DENVER — For Sunday, we had winning Broncos and winning weather! Sunday was sunny with temperatures in the low 40s in Denver. Winds were calm for much of the day..

We have some amazing conditions in the mountains for skiiers and snowboarders today. That's thanks to the addition of 16 to 22 inches of fresh powder from late Thursday and continuing through Saturday. Be advised that the roads will be snow-covered and slippery in spots over the high country.

For Monday, temperatures will be seasonal with highs in the upper 40s.

Dry conditions are expected across the state through Wednesday. Highs in Denver will stay in the upper 40s and low 50s through Thursday.

More snow will be likely by the middle to end of next week in the mountains. Be sure to download the STORM SHIELD APP to help keep you ahead of any stormy weather!
