DENVER — A nice and quiet weather pattern is on the way.  Temperatures will soar across Colorado for the next few days and into early next week!

The weekend looks to be warm and pleasant, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s for Denver and the eastern plains. You can expect quite a bit of sunshine as well, although skies will remain hazy due to all the western wildfire smoke. An ozone action day is in effect until 4pm on Sunday.

In the mountains, temperatures will return to the upper 70s to mid 80s. The dry weather will keep fire danger elevated.

For the Broncos preseason game tonight- temperatures for kickoff at 7:05 p.m. will be in the mid-80s, with mid-70s and clear skies by the end of the game. Go Broncos!

Chances for rain won't show up until the middle and end of next week.
