DENVER — Light snow will diminish in Denver overnight, but areas of fog and freezing drizzle will cause slick conditions on the plains, while snow continues in the mountains

Saturday will be a little better with temperatures back in the 50s for Denver and most of the eastern plains. Snow and rain will continue to fall over the mountains and western Colorado, while Denver will have partly cloudy skies.

There will be a chance for rain showers in Denver Saturday evening which could impact the next Rockies game - such is springtime in Colorado.

More snow will fall in the mountains Saturday night and Sunday, although it will be a warm storm, so snow levels wil be above 10,000 feet. More rain will be possible in Denver Saturday night and Sunday morning, followed by clearing Sunday afternoon.

Early next week will be dry and much warmer with temperatures back in the 60s and 70s.  Another storm will move into Colorado late next week.
