DENVER — Dry and sunny weather this weekend. Temperatures reached the 70s Saturday across the metro-area, with dry conditions. In the mountains, we had highs clouds and upper 50s to middle 60s for highs.

Sunday, highs will reach the mid-70s across the Front Range and plains. There is a chance for scattered late-day showers and storms in the mountains and foothills.

Monday will be windy and warmer with highs in the mid to upper 70s, ahead of our next front.

A new storm system will arrive next week. Another round of thunderstorms are expected on Tuesday as a cold front moves across Colorado. Highs will drop back to the 50s on Tuesday with 40s and snow in the mountains.

Wednesday will be even colder with temperatures in the upper 40s in Denver and a chance for rain mixed with snow!

The weather will stay cool and unsettled Thursday with more showers and highs in the 50s. Friday, skies are expected to clear out, with temperatures returning to the 60s.
