Skies will stay mostly clear overnight with lows in the low 50s to around 60 degrees on the plains and 40s to low 50s in the mountains. A weak cold front will slip into eastern Colorado overnight, but the air behind the front will be dry and just slightly cooler
In the wake of the front, temperatures will be just slightly cooler Wednesday. Expect highs in the mid-to upper 80s with low rain chances for Denver. Mountain temperatures will be in the 70s to low 80s. Isolated storms will develop in the mountains and a few strong storms will be possible over the southeast plains. Denver and the northeast plains should stay mostly sunny.
Hot and mainly dry weather will cover Colorado Thursday through Saturday. In early to mid-July, there is almost always a slight chance for afternoon showers and thunderstorms, but the rain chances will only be in the 10-20% range.
Friday looks to be the warmest day of the week, with highs near 95 degrees across the Denver metro area. Great pool weather...enjoy!
