DENVER — As the middle of July nears, the temperatures are soaring! We've been hitting highs in the mid to upper 90s over the plains and the Front Range! The mountains have seen highs in the 70s and 80s.
The warm temperatures in the high country have greatly accelerated the snow melt, rivers and streams are running high, fast and cold! Those mountain streams will be about the only thing running cold for the next several days.
