Another quick moving system will make its way through the state Sunday night into Monday morning. Monday is a First Alert Action Day.

We'll see increasing clouds on Sunday evening- then we will see light snow on Monday in metro Denver. The snow will be light across the Front Range and the plains. You can expect from 1"-2". Be sure to bundle up if you are attending the MLK marade on Monday morning. Temperatures will be in the low 20s during the marade with light snow falling. The wind chill factor will make it feel even colder outside.

Roads will be icy in the mountains if you are traveling back from the long holiday weekend. Monday will also be the coldest day this week, with highs in the mid to upper 20s. Overnight lows will be in the single digits Monday night.

The rest of next week looks pretty mild with highs in the mid to upper 50s by the end of the week.
