The ramp from Broadway to southbound I-25 was covered with about a foot of standing water Wednesday morning.
One car stalled on the flooded ramp and the driver had to get out and push!
A tow truck was on the scene at about 6:30 a.m. to move the car out of the way.
The rain started to taper off around 6:15 a.m. but many streets and highways still have standing water.
