Denver7 will update this story once we know more.
In 2018, Denver7 reported on residents in this area who wanted either four-way stop signs or a traffic light at the intersection, noting several fatal crashes. At the time, an engineering study found that the crash data did not meet the minimum criteria for installing stop signs.
