DENVER — The southbound lanes of Colorado Boulevard reopened Friday morning following a one-day closure so crews could repair a broken water main.
The road was closed between E. Mississippi Avenue and E. Louisiana Avenue Thursday morning after a 12-inch pipe burst.
As of 6:30 a.m. Friday, the road was back open.
Separately, a water main break closed the northbound lanes of Sheridan Boulevard between Quincy and Lehigh avenues Friday morning.
Denver Water said repair on the 16-inch pipe there would likely take all day.
