PARK COUNTY, Colo. – A car crash involving two vehicles left one person dead and US 285 blocked between Fairplay and Kenosha Pass Friday morning.
The crash happened at around 8:40 a.m. at milepost 190, according to Colorado State Patrol spokesperson Gary Cutler.
A total of four people were involved in the crash, he said, with some of those being taken to St. Anthony Hospital for treatment.
Drivers in the area were advised to use alternate routes while investigators combed the scene.
The highway was open before sundown Friday.
