DENVER -- Police have shut down the I-25 on-ramp at Colfax Avenue as they conduct a homicide investigation late Thursday afternoon.
Police initially said they were conducting a death investigation from earlier Thursday on Colfax and Umatilla, but recanted at around 5 p.m., when an official tweeted the death was now being investigated as a homicide.
