For nearly 140 years, cable cars in San Francisco have been taking tourists and locals on rides around the city.
Not only do you get to see the sights, you get to enjoy the entertaining gripmen.
"I got the best job in the world, I get to meet good people, like all these good tourists over here," one gripman told us. "I'll tell you who gonna win the Super Bowl -- the winner!"
The cars go to many landmarks in San Francisco.
"All over the city, through the financial district, down to wharf, Ghirardelli Square, of course, the famous and very popular union square," Cable Car Museum spokesperson Ed Cobean said. "We use the same technology that we’ve had for 120 years. It doesn’t change. The cars get rebuilt, but the cars get rebuilt back to their standard original specs from the 1800s."
The ride is $7.
