The Colorado Rockies have avoided arbitration with right-handed pitcher Jordan Lyles.
The team announced Wednesday that they have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Lyles worth just under $3 million.
The Rockies also announced that they won't offer contracts to left-handed pitchers Yohan Flande and Jason Gurka and outfielder Rosell Herrera for the 2016 season.
