The Rockies rookie shortstop Trevor Story set another home-run record Wednesday night.

Story hit his ninth homer of the season - breaking the National League rookie record for home runs in April, according to the MLB.

Story, 23, has hit four at home and five on the road.

Cardinals' Albert Pujols has held the record since 2001.

White Sox slugger Jose Abreu holds the Major League record with 10 home runs in 2014, according to MLB.com.
