Former Avalanche player Milan Hejduk officially became a U.S. citizen on Monday.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services tweeted video of Hejduk taking the oath.

He also took a photo with some of the 100 flash cards used to study for the citizenship test.
Hejduk played 14 seasons for the Avs before returning in 2014.
