BALTIMORE -- Carlos Gonzalez and Trevor Story had two RBI apiece in a four-run third inning, and the Colorado Rockies beat Chris Tillman and the Orioles 6-3 Tuesday night to end Baltimore's five-game winning streak.
Seeking to become the first 15-game winner in the majors, Tillman (14-3) gave up six runs and nine hits in five innings. The right-hander allowed a combined four runs over 28 innings in his previous four starts.
Tillman was 8-0 with a 3.23 ERA at home this season, and Baltimore was unbeaten in his 12 starts at Camden Yards.
Adam Jones homered for the Orioles, who were 21-4 at home since the beginning of June. Despite the loss, Baltimore still owns the AL's best record.
Chad Bettis (9-6) won his third straight start, allowing two runs, four hits and three walks in six innings. Colorado is 8-1 in his last nine outings.
Rookie Carlos Estevez got three outs for his ninth save.
The surging Rockies have won five of six and are 8-4 since the All-Star break.
After Colorado loaded the bases with one out in the third, Tillman retired Nolan Arenado on a foul popup and was within a strike of getting out of the jam when Gonzalez lined a double into the left-field corner. Story followed with a two-run single for a 4-0 lead.
Arenado picked up his 78th RBI with a double in the fifth and came home on a wild pitch.
Jones hit his 18th homer of the season in the bottom half.
