Peyton Manning returned to the game Sunday. This was his first appearance since the Nov. 15 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, when Manning took Brett Favre's all-time passing record.
Coach Gary Kubiak pulled Brock Osweiler by the second half of the Chargers game following multiple turnovers.
In 2 minutes and 54 seconds, Manning pushed the ball down the field. C.J. Anderson appeared to score twice until reviews took away the play. On the third chance, Anderson scored a 1-yard touchdown to end Manning's drive down the field.
This gave the Broncos a 14-3 lead. They ultimately ended the last regular season game with a 27-20 win.
