A limited number of tickets to the first Broncos playoff game went on sale Monday at noon.
Denver took the No. 1 seed in the AFC - meaning the Broncos will get a bye week and home-field advantage when they play on Sunday, Jan. 17.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2:40 p.m. MST at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
A majority of the tickets available on Ticketmaster sold out within the first hour. There were still a scattered few single club seats available as of Monday night. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.
Tickets will not be available at the Broncos Ticket Office until Tuesday (if there is any inventory remaining).
Tickets will be available only to those with a billing address in the Rocky Mountain region, including Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Montana, South Dakota and Western Kansas. That's unlike the sales for Adele's Denver shows, for which people across the country could buy tickets.
"I think that's fair because if not, people from all over the country buy them and you never get a chance to get tickets," one fan said.
"But at the same time it is kind of sad knowing there are Bronco fans nationwide that won't be able to get them," another countered.
Ticket prices range from $80-$230 for reserved seats and $275-$450 for club seats. Tickets were almost immediately available on the resale market as well, with prices on StubHub ranging from around $150 for a single seat to up to $5,000.
