But really -- what was going on with Eli Manning's face at the Super Bowl?
The internet quickly noticed his expression when brother Peyton's team nearly finalized the Super Bowl victory on Sunday.
As others cheered around him, Eli stared blankly, as if the Giants quarterback wasn't excited for his brother.
TMZ caught up with Eli, who said he was "just focused on whether he was going for two. The defense had to step up and make some stops."
So it seems Eli thought the game isn't over until it's over. A bit of time remained following the Broncos' final touchdown.
Peyton, himself, defended his brother Monday to CBS News. “Eli’s kind of like me. He wasn’t going to relax until that final second ticked off. I’ve had a great chance to celebrate with Eli. He’s very happy and proud of me just like I’ve always been of him.”
Eli said he's seen the memes and he thinks they're funny. He told TMZ he doesn't know if Peyton will retire.
