As crews prepare the field, an entire team is getting catering and concessions ready for Sunday’s Denver Broncos game against the New England Patriots.

"It usually takes us two days to really gear up for a game," said executive chef Christopher DeJohn.

The amount of food being ordered is tremendous. Among the items on list: approximately 10,000 pretzels, 1,000 16” pizzas, 2,000 pounds of beef for tacos, BBQ and burgers, 3,000 pounds of sausages and hot dogs, 5,000 pounds of potatoes and 800 pounds of nacho cheese.

That food will serve more than 76,000 fans. That’s in addition to thousands of gallons of beer, soda and water.

The provisions will also include gourmet sausages and crab cakes for club-level ticket holders.

"We've got local bakeries baking for us. It's unbelievable the amount of product,” said DeJohn.
