The Denver Broncos, Super Bowl 50 champions, are headed to Washington, D.C. to meet President Obama this week.

The team was invited earlier in the year and the time has finally come for them to head to the White House. Offensive Coordinator Rick Dennison is excited for the trip.

"My father's a history professor. So, it means a lot to me," said Dennison. "It's an honor to go and to be a part of that. And try to soak it in as we go."

Almost all of the Super Bowl 50 team will attend; Denver7 has only identified Brock Osweiler and Evan Mathis as not attending. Both players cited work with their respective teams as the reason they could not attend.

Those two excluded, this is probably one of the last times the champs will be together.

The last time the Broncos went to the White House was was in 1998 after Super Bowl XXXII.
