The Denver Broncos have added depth to their banged-up offensive line by signing rookie guard Robert Myers off Baltimore's practice squad.
To make room on the roster, Denver waived safety Shaun Prater.
Myers arrived in town Wednesday just in time for a night practice as he joins a team headed for the playoffs. The Broncos play San Diego on Sunday in the regular season finale.
The 6-foot-5, 335-pound lineman out of Tennessee State was picked by Baltimore in the fifth round and spent training camp with the Ravens. Claimed off waivers by Indianapolis, Myers was on the Colts' practice squad for Week 1 before rejoining Baltimore's practice squad.
Myers will wear jersey No. 70.
Denver has been tinkering with its offensive line because of injuries and inexperience. Myers can play on the left or right side.
