If it wasn't already clear, Peyton Manning considers the HGH allegations made against him to be garbage.

The Denver quarterback once again slammed a report by network Al Jazeera on Thursday.

"It was garbage from the first day it came out and it's still garbage today," he told reporters after practice.

The NFL announced this week that the league will conduct a comprehensive review of the claims. League spokesman Brian McCarthy said this investigation will involve interviews and a review of every allegation made against any athlete.

"I do welcome it. It's no surprise to me. I still stand by what I said then, that I welcome it," Manning said.

Manning really is sticking by his first reactions. When Al Jazeera released its report in December, Manning told ESPN the story is "complete trash, complete garbage."

Al Jazeera has since announced it will end its American operations.

Also Thursday, Manning briefly his "last rodeo" comments made to Patriots coach Bill Belichick. He laughed off the question.
