C.J. Anderson was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday after a stellar performance on Sunday.
Anderson rushed for 113 yards, caught four passes for 40 yards, and made two touchdowns for the Denver Broncos in the game against the New England Patriots.
The 5-foot-8 running back was signed by the Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2013, after playing college football for the University of California Golden Bears.
This is the second week in a row that a member of the Broncos was honored with the award.
Last week, quarterback Brock Osweiler was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week after his first NFL game as a starter.
