DENVER – Brandon Marshall gained an endorsement Tuesday after losing several in the past few days because of his decision to protest the national anthem.
Entrepreneur and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons announced on Instagram late Monday that his latest company, RushCard, will offer Marshall an endorsement. RushCard is a prepaid Visa card company Simmons founded in 2003.
Marshall seemed to confirm the endorsement in a tweet Tuesday evening.

Marshall had lost endorsement deals from CenturyLink and the Air Academy Federal Credit Union, and had an in-store appearance scheduled in Colorado Springs canceled.
Tuesday, Marshall met with Denver Police Chief Robert White to discuss policing in America and how he and DPD can work together in the future.
