Race Day is almost here and you may be feeling nervous, excited and maybe a little intimidated.

  • Finding Inspiration from athletes, legends in the sport, pro athletes, friends, training partners
  • Make tiered goals for race day:
    • Personal record
    • Time that would be achievable
    • Finish the race
  • Get in the race mindset
  • Taper and Relax- Make sure your rested and fresh on race day
