The Colorado Avalanche selects 6 players at 2016 Draft

The Colorado Avalanche selected six players at the 2016 NHL Friday this weekend in New York. 

The Avs picked three forwards, two defensemen and one goalie, making their selections from six different leagues total, according to a Colorado Avalanche spokesperson. 

Below, a list of all the players inducted during the 2016 NHL Draft:

1. Tyson Jost - Center

2. Cameron Morrison - Left Wing

3. Josh Anderson - Defense

4. Adam Werner - Goaltender

5. Nathan Clurman - Defense

6. Travis Barron - Left Wing
