DENVER — Thursday's Avalanche game has been postponed against the Minnesota Wild due to COVID-19, the National Hockey League (NHL) announced Wednesday.

The decision is as a result of five additional Wild players being added to the NHL's COVID Protocol Related Absence List.
Minnesota's games will be postponed at least through Feb. 9.
Their team's training facilities have been closed and will remain closed until further notice. The NHL is in the process of reviewing and revising the Wild’s regular season schedule.
