WINDSOR, Colo. (AP) — A sports complex expected to cost $225 million is on its way to Colorado.

Windsor Now reports officials announced plans on Tuesday for Rocky Mountain Sports Park to be built a few miles north of Windsor. The complex is planned to have a stadium large enough to house a minor league baseball team. It is expected to seat 10,000 people.

In addition, five high school or collegiate fields, 10 youth fields, four T-ball fields, 32 tournament baseball and softball fields and 12 multi-use fields are planned. A “Miracle Field” is also planned to be built for players with disabilities.

The entire complex is going to take up more than 400 acres of land.

Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of October.
