Parts Of Kentucky Face Flooding After Heavy Rainfall

Some places received up to seven inches of rain in just three days.

Heavy rain and snow melt have left parts of Kentucky underwater.

Gov. Andy Beshear activated a state of emergency Sunday because of the major flooding.

The National Weather Service in Louisville said some places received up to seven inches of rain in a three-day period.
