As restaurants remain closed during the coronavirus pandemic, heading out for dinner is simply not an option for most of us. Luckily, many restaurants still offer take-out or delivery, and some are also offering deals for anyone who places an order during this crisis.

At Olive Garden, you can now get one of their in-house favorites available for pickup for the first time. Olive Garden has made their “Buy One, Take One” deal available for to-go orders.

Starting at $12.99, the offer works the same way as it typically would if you were dining in. Simply choose one entree that’s hot and ready to eat when you pick it up, and then choose a second, free entree that will be freshly prepared, packaged and chilled for tomorrow night’s dinner. The deal can be ordered over the phone or on Olive Garden’s website.

The Buy One options (the meal served hot and ready to eat) include: spaghetti and meat sauce, fettuccine alfredo, cheese ravioli, five-cheese ziti al forno, lasagna and chicken parmigiana. Each ready-to-eat entree comes with soup or salad and, of course, Olive Garden’s famous breadsticks.

Take One options (packaged for the next day) include the same first four choices, but not lasagna or chicken parmigiana.

If you would rather not head out for curbside pickup, Olive Garden is also offering free no-contact delivery with a minimum $40 order in most states and a minimum $75 order in California, Oregon and Washington.

Red Lobster is also offering a deal for families. Their Family Meal Deal feeds four and starts at $26.99. It can be ordered to go or for free delivery.

Choose from wood-grilled sirloin, garlic shrimp scampi, parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp, chicken breast strips and other options. All choices come with eight cheddar bay biscuits and, aside from linguini alfredo dishes, they also include two family-size sides.

If you’re wanting pizza night, you have quite a few options there, too. Papa John’s, Domino’s and Pizza Hut are all hiring more employees to assist customers with carry-out orders and contact-free delivery.

Pizza Hut is also offering a large, three-topping pizza for just $9.99 and they brought back their famous Big Dipper Pizza, which has 24 pieces for just $12.99. Chuck E. Cheese also has large cheese pizzas to-go for just $4.99 with the option to add a $1 donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
