DENVER -- "UN------Believable!" is what a Colorado driver said after catching a woman with her hands off the wheel as she applied makeup to her face on I-25 Thursday morning.

"I came up behind a slow moving car in the #2 lane, and could clearly see her Makeup Brush waving back and forth in the rear view [sic] mirror," said the tipster who emailed Denver7, concerned about an increasing number of people driving carelessly on our roadways.

"She even looked directly at me in the video and went back to her morning tasks (all except for driving of course)," the tipster said, adding he believes the woman "must have had her cruise control set at 50 or 55 [miles per hour]."

But this cautionary tale has a twist: The tipster himself may have been apparently driving in heavy traffic on northbound I-25 near the I-225 interchange when he started recording the woman! (If you look closely, you can see his camera point to the wheel in front of him towards the beginning and the end of the video.)

Watch as a distracted driver appears to film a careless driver in the video player above.

Editors Note: Denver7 blurred the driver's face to protect her identity.
